Others would say I have a lot on my plate.
But the fact of the matter - is my body, mind and soul simply got bored.
Once the boredom set in, the mind went to autopilot.
When the mind went into autopilot, the body went into hibernation.
And it went into a slow shutdown.
So how do we get out of this doldrum? What breaks the downward spiral?
Well we have to try multiple things - but the key thing you are looking for is the 'spark'.
The think that makes you push that extra 10%
The body is essentially a perpetual machine - as long as you have a bit of energy pushing you forward, you have the motivation and the task suddenly doesn't sound like a task anymore.
I need to break this cycle of self fulfilling defeat, I need to step up to the plate.
I figure its better to make this public - because to put it blankly, I need your guys support. I need to be reminded that I am doing the right thing. I hope to motivate you all, and in return all I ask it that you keep me moving.
So we better break this into steps.
Step 1 : Look around you.....find something that you think is holding you back.......chuck it in the bin (or sell it) and tell me.
a) What it was?
b) Why you were hanging on to it?
c) Why is it holding you back?
d) What do you want to change now it is gone?
